Spring is around the corner, and Surrey’s vibrant South Asian community will soon be celebrating Holi, a joyful festival that marks the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil. It’s known for colourful powders, music, dancing, and lots of community spirit.

Here’s a Holi celebration coming up in Surrey this season:

Community Holi Gatherings

Where: Various community halls and parks around Surrey

When: Mid-March (dates vary)

These family-friendly celebrations usually include music, food, dancing, and of course, the famous colour throwing!

BC's Biggest Holi Fest

Where: Westfield Country Club, Surrey (7778 152 Street)

When: April 4, 10am-5pm

A large outdoor festival with DJs, colour powder, food trucks, and live entertainment.

Holi is one of the most joyful celebrations of the year, and Surrey is an amazing place to experience it with our diverse and welcoming community!
