With nearly two decades of real estate expertise, I  have established deep roots in the vibrant communities I serve. Born in the Philippines and raised in Vancouver, I have been an active member and resident of the South Surrey/White Rock area for the last 25 years, gaining an extensive understanding of the local dynamics.

 My background in Business Administration, combined with my significant experience in Social Services, particularly as a Senior Director in an East Vancouver Neighbourhood Association, has been integral in shaping my professional character. This experience has endowed me with strong negotiation skills with all levels of government and invaluable insights into the ever-changing needs of various communities, skills I effectively apply in my real estate career.

 My Filipino heritage and past professional efforts in  integrating new immigrants from China, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa & Europe as well as local residents into the BC workforce, have broadened my network with local businesses and individuals alike, connecting me with a diverse array of potential buyers and sellers. My connections with influential developers in BC have been instrumental in my ability to cater to various client needs.
